Our Process

We manage the full proposal response lifecycle from start to finish.

Regardless of the subject matter, the RFP response process follows these steps:

01.

Project kick-off

Before we put pen to paper, we schedule a kick-off meeting with you to discuss your project, define your goal(s) and identify your subject matter experts that will contribute to the proposal development process.

02.

Proposal template

After thoroughly assessing the RFP requirements, we create a proposal template that will serve as the roadmap for the proposal development process. We also develop a detailed project plan and distribute it among your team to create transparency and accountability.

03.

Information gathering

We then collect content and information from the subject matter experts and conduct interviews, where needed, as well as help enforce content submission deadlines set forth in the project plan.

04.

First draft

Once we have gathered all of the information, we complete a first draft of your RFP response. At this point, we determine what information may be missing and work with you or your designated team members on filling in those gaps. We take an iterative and collaborative approach to refine the proposal into a professional and highly competitive submission.

05.

Reviews and revisions

After all of the content is in, we cross-reference the response with the mandatory requirements to ensure compliance and that optimal points are achieved. We then fine-tune the copy and create a common, optimized voice throughout the document. Finally, we proofread the entire document for a squeaky-clean final copy and send it to you for final review and approval.

06.

Proposal submission

Upon your approval, we finalize your proposal in the format requested and coordinate with you for bid signature and delivery.
